Shopping Policy

-Due to the consistency of orders being lost/stolen, purchases of $150+ will automatically be canceled if it is noticed by us and/or if the order is $150+ there will be a delay on processing your order because we will be in contact with you to see if you would like to adjust your order just so that we can move along with processing it.

 

-With the consistent fraudulent transactions that we have been experiencing, we do reserve the right to refuse sales and cancel any orders on any possible fraudulent purchases that we feel on our end.

 

-Know that before purchasing, if there is a request for a refund for whatever reasons that it may be, we will request for products to be return, and before a refund can be issued, we must examine the products first to determine that the reason for the returned products was also concluded by us. Senders are responsible for the shipping cost, however, depending on the reasoning for the return, shipping cost may be reimbursed. VERY IMPORTANT: please also contact us via email at handcrafted.farmers@gmail.com prior to sending out any products back to us just so that we can make sure you have the right proper documents and proper packaging to do so. Failure to comply with this, your refund may be delayed and/or rejected due to certain factors such as possible seizure of the products without the proper documents and/or packaging that may cause a smell leakage with can cause complications and/or possible delay of us receiving the returned products.
